Reversing my age
In my entire life, I've never really concentrated on my fitness. Sporadically, I'll get excited about getting fit, hit the gym, and eat healthy, only to revert to my old habits after a few days.
Am I doomed to repeat history? I don't know, but I genuinely want to shed my skinny-fat physique and, this time, focus more on my mindset than my body. Above all, at this time, I have something new to look forward to. "How much longer can I extend my life?"
My Goal: Go back in time!
I know, I know, time travel is not possible, but I'll be attempting to reverse my metabolic age instead.

I managed to reverse my age by six years! My short-term goal is to restore metabolic age to my biological age which is late 30s.

Lack of sleep, overindulgence, stress, alcohol consumption, excessive screen time, high sugar intake, and lack of physical activity will cause rapid aging.

My diet
- No meat
- No seafood
- No alcohol
- No smoking
- No junk food
- No sugary drinks
- Primarily veggies & fruits
Daily habits
- Drink 2-3 liters of water.
- Around 8 hours of sleep around the same time each night.
- Resistance training at least 4-5 times a week.
- Walking on rest days.
