I want to get the basics out of the way:

  1. Sleep
  2. Food/drinks/supplements
  3. Exercise

Sleep

Get at least 8 hours of sleep every day around the same time.

Food/drinks/supplements

I will use https://protocol.bryanjohnson.com/ as reference for my diet.
  • Smoothie

Food

  • Broccoli, Tofu, Eggs, Onions, Garlic, Sweet Potatoes, Shiitake Mushroom
Needs some more details on what I eat.

Workout Split

There are no rest days. On alternate days, I go to the gym and walk.
