Resistance Training - 3 Months
I want to get the basics out of the way:
- Sleep
- Food/drinks/supplements
- Exercise
Sleep
Get at least 8 hours of sleep every day around the same time.
Food/drinks/supplements
I will use https://protocol.bryanjohnson.com/ as reference for my diet.
- Smoothie

Food
- Broccoli, Tofu, Eggs, Onions, Garlic, Sweet Potatoes, Shiitake Mushroom
Needs some more details on what I eat.
Workout Split
There are no rest days. On alternate days, I go to the gym and walk.
